Onsite Full Time General
Schedule:
  • 24-hour unrestricted call: 7:00 AM 7:00 AM
  • Day, night, weekend, and holiday coverage
  • No block schedule
  • Position is strictly call coverage
  • Physician reports in person only when called in
  • Follow-up rounding the following morning as necessary
  • 4 hours of gratis call coverage included
  • Coverage needs per month: TBD
  • Patient volume varies
Patient Population & Facility:
  • Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
  • Neuro Floor: 36 beds
  • OHVI: 36 beds
  • ICU: 36 beds
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient hospital
  • Trauma Designation: Adult Levels II, III, and IV
  • EMR: Epic proficient user expected
Required Procedures & Clinical Expertise:
The physician should have experience with the following procedures:
  • Stroke thrombectomy
  • Carotid stenting
  • Diagnostic cerebral angiography
  • Endovascular aneurysm repair
  • Intracranial stenting
  • Embolization of head and neck tumors
  • Embolization for subdural hematoma
Requirements:
  • Board Certification: Neurology required
  • State License: Oregon license preferred; candidates may be considered through standard credentialing
  • ACLS: Required
  • Epic experience: Required
  • DEA: Not specified
  • CSR: Not specified
  • Years of experience: Not specified
