Position Highlights

• Specialty: Neurology (inpatient/consultative focus)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday; no traditional call required
• Clinical Responsibilities: Neuro consults (~8 per day), inpatient rounding, EEG interpretation, lumbar punctures
• Team Structure: Collaborative group of 3 neurosurgeons, 1 neurohospitalist, and APPs
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based at The Hospitals of Providence - Sierra Campus
• Advanced Resources: Gamma Knife, 12-bed Neuro ICU, 24-bed inpatient rehab, Epilepsy Monitoring Unit
• Support: Highly trained and versatile neuro ICU team
• Billing & Collections: Handled entirely in-house - no administrative burden on physicians

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board eligible or certified in Neurology
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required
