Shift(s) Description: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Lunch 12:00 PM 1:00 PM)

Additional Details:

• Full-time coverage preferred.
• Multiple providers accepted for long-term consistent coverage.
• Bread-and-butter neurology practice seeing patients with migraines, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, follow-up stroke, seizures, neuropathy, and related conditions.
• Provider should be comfortable continuing minimal opioid stable patient medication management.
• Migraine treatment with Botox is a plus.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Neurology (Required)
  
• Wisconsin License or IMLC (Required)
  
• BLS Required
  
• Fellowship Preferred
