Local Infusion is seeking a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Connecticut to join our remote care team. This patient-facing role partners with physicians to increase access and shorten time to treatment, delivering care via telehealth.
You will assess, plan, and manage treatment for neurology and memory care patients, educate families, and maintain compliant EMR documentation in a remote-first environment. CT licensure and geriatrics certification are preferred.
