Assignment Length: Ongoing with multiple week-long coverage blocks available
Requirements: BC Neurology or fellowship-trained Neurointerventional Neurosurgeon/Interventional Radiologist, DEA, BLS, moderate sedation training
Core Skills: Mechanical thrombectomy, cerebral angiography, coiling, flow diversion, and catheter-based endovascular stroke treatment
Setting: Level I Trauma Center
Support: Dual hospital coverage with established stroke and neuroscience teams
Credentialing: Nebraska license preferred
Call: 24-hour call with inpatient rounding
