If you're a neurologist who is tired of hearing "supportive" and "patient-centric" thrown around without ever actually seeing it in practice, this one is worth a real conversation.
This practice has built what a lot of groups only talk about. Consistent patient volume, experienced support staff who know how to run a clinic, and infrastructure that's already in place so you can focus on medicine instead of putting out fires. You'll have clinical independence, a schedule you can actually count on, and a real path to grow with the practice long term.
What This Role Offers
- A broad, engaging general neurology caseload, not a narrow subspecialty grind
- Established, steady patient volume from day one
- Flexible and predictable scheduling that supports a real life outside the office
- Shared call with expectations that are actually spelled out, no guessing
- Clinical and administrative staff who already know what they're doing
- A physician-led practice where your voice matters in how things run

- A genuine path to shareholder and partnership status
Benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Generous PTO
- CME allowance and support
- Malpractice coverage
- Maternity and paternity leave
- Retirement plan
