Neurology Nurse Manager

Role Overview:

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing statistical data.

Responsibilities include:

• Hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development of staff.
• Participating in departmental staffing, budgeting, and responding to business changes to meet financial goals.
• Providing patient care based on assessments and creating collaborative care plans aligned with medical treatments.
• Monitoring staff productivity, managing staff schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing disciplinary actions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Experience: 2-5 years with some supervisory experience; preferred 5-10 years with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Licenses: Valid RN license.
