What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose visual and ocular conditions
- Prescribe corrective lenses and manage contact lens fittings
- Diagnose and treat ocular diseases with medications and therapeutic procedures
- Educate patients on eyewear choices and general eye health
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience
- Stay updated on industry advancements and optometry best practices
What You Need
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
- Current Alabama State Optometry License
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
