Neurology Assistant Nurse Manager

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and overseeing departmental operations within a specialized rehabilitation unit. Responsibilities include developing staffing plans, managing budgets, implementing care plans based on assessments, and ensuring compliance with policies. Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience; supervisory experience is optional but preferred for higher-level roles.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff, budgets, and patient care effectively.
