Neurologist

Marshfield Medical Center - Eau Claire is seeking a BC/BE Neurologist to join its well-established Department of Neurology in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Providers have the opportunity to maintain a general neurology practice or focus on a neuro subspecialty such as multiple sclerosis, headache, dementia, or movement disorders. This role offers an excellent work-life balance with a four- or five-day work week and no after-hours or weekend call duties.

Practice Info

• Department of Neurology in Eau Claire, Wisconsin
• Collaborates with system-wide Neurosciences team and primary care
• Option for General Neurology practice or a practice with a Neuro Subspecialty focus in areas such as MS, Headache, Dementia and Movement Disorders
• Collaborating with 3 NPs in the department with MA and RN support
• Acute strokes covered by Neurohospitalist team located in Marshfield, WI at flagship location via telestroke

Responsibilities

• Cover outpatient and inpatient services with nurse practitioner support
• Perform and read procedures including EMGs and EEGs
• Be involved in medical education and research
