Neurologist

Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG), a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health, is seeking a Neurologist to join their outpatient-only practice. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate within a comprehensive Neurosciences Service Line alongside a team of specialized neurologists and advanced practice providers. • Join Wenatchee Valley Medical Group (WVMG), a physician-owned and governed multispecialty group affiliated with Confluence Health
• Outpatient neurology practice only with no inpatient work required
• Inpatient neurology coverage supported by a two-provider neuro-hospitalist team
• Work within the Neurosciences Service Line including Neurology, Neurosurgery, Rehabilitation, and Sleep Medicine
• Collaborate with a neurology team of six physicians and two advanced practice providers
• Practice supported by a 200-bed Level 3 community hospital

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality neurology care with a focus on patient education and clear communication
• Maintain thorough documentation and comprehensive patient records

Compensation

• Pay range: $337,378–$364,732
• First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median
• RVU production model beginning in year two
• Signing bonus

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible neurologist
• Eligible to obtain an active Washington State medical license
• Training and/or interest in neuromuscular disorders preferred
• EMG/NCS experience preferred
• Will consider other neurology subspecialties or general neurology candidates
• Commitment to high-quality care and work/life balance
