STGi is seeking qualified candidates to work in Washington, DC and potential locations nationwide as a Neurologist.

Minimum Duties

• Diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and disorders of the nervous system.
• Perform a variety of diagnostic measures in order to diagnose, treat and manage diseases and disorders of the nervous system.
• Provide consultant opinion on medical clearance for employees with neurological medical conditions who work in arduous and/or hazardous federal jobs.
• Consider employees' ability to safely and efficiently perform their duties.
• Determine case‑by‑case basis using medical history, medical examination results from a general physical examination, and additional medical information provided.
• Testify in court or at a deposition to support prior medical decision on whether employee is medically safe to perform their job duties.

Required Experience

• Requires a degree in medicine from a medical or osteopathic school accredited either by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (MD) or the American Osteopathic Association Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (DO).
• Board certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties in Neurology, licensed physician.
• Two years' experience in clinical practice specializing in neurology.
