Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) seeks a board‑certified/board‑eligible Neurologist to join our team. Join our small, close‑knit community hospital as a neurologist in a high‑demand area. Position Type: Full‑time
Setting: Outpatient clinic with inpatient consultations
Call Requirements: No call required
Clinical Responsibilities
- Patient Volume: 14‑16+ patients per day
- Patient Population: Seizures, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, tremors, stroke, headaches, back pain, arm pain, and general neurology conditions
- Procedures: EEG interpretation, IVIG administration, biopsies, nerve conduction studies, EMG
- No operating room time required
Qualifications
- Board eligible or board certified in Neurology
- EMG experience required
- Open to new graduates
- Must be comfortable with EEG interpretation and nerve conduction studies
Practice Environment
- Established Neurology practice with excellent interdepartmental support
