Practice Info

• Practice in cooperation with department clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Examine patient health to diagnose clinical conditions and prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and follow-up care
• Provide direct and indirect patient care by collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to formulate treatment plans
• Timely record patient encounters in the Electronic Health Record
• Request further medical evaluations and make referrals as necessary
• Commit to professionalism and collaboration with department members to provide quality patient care
• Ensure accurate coding of all patient visits
• Comply with policies, procedures, bylaws, and standards of care consistent with accreditation and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Required: Board certified or eligible for certification in physician's primary specialty
• Required: Licensed Practicing Provider MD/DO
• Required: Credentialed and willing to maintain clinical practice
• Must be able to travel throughout and between facilities
• Must be able to handle hazardous drugs and/or hazardous drug contaminated products
• Individuals who reside in and will work from Colorado, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington D.C. are not eligible for remote work positions
