Compensation
- $80,000 in bonuses with no repayment or clawback clauses
- Competitive base salary with quality and performance incentives
- The salary range for this role is $244,000 to $423,000 annually based on full-time employment

Requirements
- Graduate of four-year US Medical School or equivalent
- Successful completion of Neurology Residency
- Unrestricted Oregon Physician (MD/DO) License or ability to obtain
- Current DEA certificate prior to start date
