Neurologist- Optum NY

Optum NY (formerly Optum Tri‑State NY) is seeking a dedicated patient‑centric Neurologist to join our team in Hicksville, NY. Optum is a clinician‑led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.

Position Highlights

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of neurological disorders of the central and peripheral nervous system
• Work collaboratively with a multi‑disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients
• Clinical care of Pediatric Neurology patients

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or a New York application in process
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Neurology
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $244,000 – $423,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
