Providers will join a collaborative practice with a broad referral base and an opportunity for a Stroke Program Directorship. The role also offers an academic appointment at the UND School of Medicine and Health Services with the opportunity to educate medical students and family medicine residents.

- Approximately 10 patients per day
- Primary Plus Stroke Center Certification
- Broad referral base spanning Central and Western ND, North Central SD, and Eastern MT
- Obtain an academic appointment at UND School of Medicine and Health Services with the opportunity to educate medical students and family medicine residents
