Forward Health LLC seeks a Neurologist to provide evidence-based outpatient neurologic care within an integrated mental health practice. You will evaluate and manage adults with neurologic and neuropsychiatric conditions, perform detailed neurologic exams, interpret diagnostic studies, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatry and therapy teams.
