Neurologist

The Physician provides direct and in-direct medical care to patients of all ages. The Physician will serve as a health care provider and/or consultant in a variety of settings to include primary care, acute care, and specialty clinics. The Physician will have a thorough knowledge of their area of practice and stay current on up-to-date treatment guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

  Graduation from an accredited Medical School with a Doctorate's degree; Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

  Licensed and in good standing in the state in which they are hired to practice

  n

• n

  Specialty certification may be required by state/contract

  n

• n

  Active DEA and DPS numbers are required

  n
n
• n

  One (1) one year of experience as a Physician strongly preferred

  n

• n

  BLS/ACLS/PALS per state or contract requirements

  n
n
• n

  Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

  n
n
• n

  TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

  n
n
• n

  Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

  n

• n

  Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

  n
n
• n

  Must be at least 18 years of age

  n
n
