Full Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a Neurologist to join our team. Our clinics focus on providing complete care for all of our patients. We are focusing on quality care and provide a workplace which our health team enjoy coming to work each day for patient care.

Responsibilities
* Evaluating and Treating Neurological Conditions
* Procedures (Injections/Blocks/Etc.)
* Ordering Diagnostic Testing & Labs as Needed
* Ability to Understand and Work with Specified Care Flows of Treatment
* Ability to use EHR System Proficiently & Complete Notes in a Timely Manner
* Ability to see 20-30 Patients/Day in Clinic Minimum
Requirements
* AZ Licensed Medical Provider (MD/DO)
* Board Certified in Neurology
* DEA License (AZ) Without Restrictions

Pay: $240,000.00 - $650,000.00 per year
