Neurohospitalist

Valley Medical Group, part of the Valley Health System in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Neurohospitalist to join its growing Medical Specialties Service Line. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with acute and complex neurologic conditions. The Neurohospitalist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, throughput, and care transitions.

Responsibilities

• Specializing in the inpatient management of patients with acute and complex neurologic conditions
• Delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in collaboration with emergency medicine physicians, hospitalists, intensivists, neurointensivists, neurosurgeons, and multidisciplinary teams
• Optimizing patient outcomes, throughput, and care transitions across the continuum

Compensation

• Competitive compensation models include generous wRVU productivity incentive with the opportunity to grow, uncapped
• Compensation range from $300,000 to $350,000 (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Requirements

• MD or DO
• BE/BC in Neurology
• Existing or Eligibility for New Jersey Medical License, DEA and CDS required
