Physician | Neurohospitalist - Florence, SC 29506
McLeod Health, a nonprofit healthcare system located in Florence, South Carolina, is seeking a BC/BE Neurologist to join as a Neurohospitalist at McLeod Regional Medical Center.
Responsibilities and Practice Highlights include, but are not limited to:
? Join a team of 2 Neurohospitalists, APPs, and a full neurology and neurosurgery support network.
? Practice within a Level II Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center (since 2014).
? Manage inpatient neurological care including stroke and acute neuro conditions.
? Participate in post-tPA/TNK patient management (experience preferred).
? EEG reading capability preferred but not required.
? Stroke alerts managed in collaboration with ER and Tele-Neurology.
? Nighttime Tele-Neurology coverage available for support.
? Physician-led, nonprofit health system with 7 hospitals.
