Tower Health System is seeking a registered nurse for Reading Hospital's Neuro/Trauma unit. You will evaluate patients, plan and implement care, and document outcomes in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center environment.
Responsibilities include administering medications, performing tests within RN scope, and educating patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care. Collaborative care with physicians, social workers, case managers and pharmacists is essential.
