eNGINE is hiring Server Techs, Admins, or Engineers to join a patching team supporting a large banking environment. This is hands-on, execution-focused work: installing patches via SCCM across Windows servers and troubleshooting the patches that don't go smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Deploy and manage patches via SCCM across Windows servers supporting SQL, applications, and web servers for departments across the bank
- Troubleshoot and remediate failed or problematic patch deployments
- Follow established change management and documentation processes to support compliance and reporting requirements (full training provided)
- Work within defined windows/schedules, which may include non-standard hours
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with SCCM patch deployment
- Comfortable with command line interfaces
- Working knowledge of file permissions and Active Directory
- Ability to troubleshoot patch failures independently
Nice to Have
- Vulnerability management experience (there's room to grow into more of this over time as the team matures)
