Do you have a passion for making a difference? Join our team to make a difference! As the Team Lead, you will play a vital role in the ongoing planning, coordination, and support of assigned team members. In this capacity, you will collaborate with the program network manager to provide guidance and oversight for your assigned staff and services. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, training, and supporting team members in clinic and community settings to ensure the delivery of individualized, trauma-informed, and culturally and linguistically competent services to adults and young adults.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Defined Education: Behavioural Science
Substitutions: In lieu of Behavioural Science degree, provider must provide proof of 30 transcript hours in Behavioural Health studies
Years’ Experience: Four (4) years
Defined Experience: Health and Human services field
License/Certifications: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) OR eligible for QMHP certification (based on minimum and defined education above; certification on the job); DS Service Coordinator (certification on the job)
Carry And Lifting Requirements 15-25 Pounds.
