We are looking for someone who will bring:The Network Systems Administrator will provide information technology, audio and video technical support to employees in North American locations of gyro, particularly those in the Eastern United States.
Ideal candidates should be self-starters, capable of working with minimum direct supervision.Provide onsite and remote technical support, training, and troubleshooting to gyro computer and A/V systems users, primarily those in the United States.Provide support of A/V meetings and technology projects that may involve clients.Support infrastructure maintenance and projects.Be in the office regularly – this is not a remote work position.Must be able to become Apple certified (Apple Certified Mac Technician) within 6 months of hire date.Other senior managers with whom the Network Systems Administrator will work are the Director of IT, and the location General Manager/President.QualificationsExperience we're looking for:Recent Apple Macintosh technical knowledge and experience is absolute.Apple Macintosh OS X versions 10.6-10.10.Apple Macintosh Server OS X version 10.6-10.10.Information technology degree or experience in technology within marketing/advertising businesses is a plus.
