Mobility SupportGenesis10 is currently seeking a Mobility Support for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.This role focuses on providing outstanding client support for mobility-related technologies within a large-scale, global production environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with mobile device infrastructure, including iOS and Android operating systems, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) in an enterprise setting.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting device failures, analyzing system logs, and collaborating with infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.Responsibilities:Provide customer interface to troubleshoot and evaluate reported failures on specific devices and remediate directly on the device or from the backend infrastructureInvestigate and analyze system logs from both the device and the backend infrastructureWork with vendors to analyze and determine root cause for issuesAnswer user questions about application downloads, activations, and best practicesAssist with the setup of new accounts and devices, stage and provide support for mobile appsWork as a team member with other technical teams (Networking, GIS, Server) to analyze data and determine root cause during outagesRequirements:5+ years of experience in technical support of a large-scale production operations environmentExperience in mobility-related technologies in a global environmentExperience with infrastructure operational work related to supporting Mobile Device managementIntricate knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS and Android) and how they are managed in an enterprise environmentWell-rounded knowledge of large-scale enterprise networking and mobile device managementExperience with Mobile Device InfrastructureExperience with Microsoft AzureAbility to work in a collaborative environment using MS Teams or WebExDesired skills:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skillsProven team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural environmentProven ability to work independently, multi-task, and work effectively in a complex environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills; strong influencer, facilitator, and collaboratorDetail-oriented and organizedPro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, and results-driven with attention to detailPay range: $58.31 - $66.31 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
