Job Description
- We are looking for a Network Support Engineer – Band 2 to support enterprise network and data center environments.
- The role involves network troubleshooting, monitoring, hardware support, VLAN management, VoIP troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
- The candidate must be flexible to work shifts and provide on-call support when required.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Network/Data Center Support
- Cisco Switches, Routers & Wireless Access Points
- VLAN and switch port management
- Avaya VoIP troubleshooting
- Fiber link and network connectivity troubleshooting
- Network switch/chassis hardware support
- SolarWinds or similar monitoring tools
- Basic Server, Storage & Operating System knowledge
- ServiceNow / ITSM knowledge
- Basic Active Directory, Exchange & File/Print Server knowledge
- Data Center IMACD experience
- Strong English communication and local language proficiency
- Flexible for shift and 24x7/on-call support
- Cisco certification is preferred
