Rate: $85,000- $98,000/yr

Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Network Support Engineer to support large-scale manufacturing operations in Buffalo, WV. This individual will play a key role in deploying, supporting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions within a highly visible Cisco-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on networking experience, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a passion for maintaining reliable, high-performance systems. Day-to-Day:
- Plan, configure, implement, and document enterprise network solutions
- Deploy LAN infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions across manufacturing plants
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues
- Optimize network availability, reliability, and performance
- Support Cisco WAN/LAN/WLAN environments
- Track and validate network hardware deployments and upgrades
- Serve as an escalation point for complex networking issues
- Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions aligned to operational needs
Requirements:
- 2-5 years supporting enterprise network environments
- 3+ years utilizing network monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Zabbix, PagerDuty, Site24x7, or Nagios
- Strong experience with LAN switching technologies including ACI, VXLAN, Fabric Path, and Spanning Tree
- Experience supporting Cisco-based network environments
- Hands-on knowledge of routers, firewalls, wireless networks, security solutions, and WAN/LAN/WLAN infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
