Network And Security SpecialistS&S Tire, a leading independent tire distributor, is seeking an onsite Network and Security Specialist to support and secure our multi-site network across warehouse and office locations. This role ensures reliable connectivity, protects systems, and supports day-to-day operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless) across locationsMonitor performance and troubleshoot network issues impacting operationsImplement and manage security tools (firewalls, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS)Conduct vulnerability assessments and respond to security incidentsSupport secure remote access and user access controlsAssist with system integrations, backups, and disaster recoveryQualifications2+ years of network and/or cybersecurity experienceStrong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANsExperience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security toolsFamiliarity with Windows/Linux environmentsExperience in multi-site or distribution environments preferredLocal residents only, as this position is onsitePreferredCertifications (Network+, Security+, CCNA)Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)Knowledge of ERP or warehouse systems
