Network Security ProfessionalWork-Experience: More than 8 years of total network security relevant experience with significant experience in managing a group of professionals to deliver IT security services for client-based environments.Area of Responsibilities:Candidate must be good with Checkpoint, Fortinet, Zscaler, Ivanti, and Multi-Domain Security ManagementTroubleshoot, diagnose, and solve customer issuesImplement change requests for managed security customers, providing 3rd level troubleshooting supportEffective and prompt communications with clients and internal staff/managementTechnical mentorship for security analyst teamGenerate and maintain operational process and training documentationProvide input to constantly improve our products and services to add value for our customers and shareholdersHandle any additional maintenance and/or service related activities as they ariseObtain and/or maintain up to date certifications for all products supportedAnalysis, recommendation and implementation of new technologiesOther duties as assignedExperience should include security policy development, security education, network penetration testing, application vulnerability assessments, risk analysis and compliance testing.Knowledge of IT security technologies, operating systems, database, routing and switching, and endpoint security solutionsKnowledge of information security standards (e.g., ISO 17799/27002), rules and regulations related to information security and data confidentiality (e.g., FERPA) and desktop, server, application, database, network security principals for risk identification and analysis.Exposed to best practice design & implementation methodologyExperience with problem and change management processes and applications.ASA policy management (making changes to the ACLs, objects, policies)Expertise in site-to-site VPN, remote VPN & proxies.
