Secure network systems by enforcing policies and monitoring access. Troubleshooting network performance, problems, and outages. Plan and coordinate network upgrades and optimizations and refresh. Support troubleshooting of firewalls, routers, and switch environments.
Provide remote troubleshooting for and fault finding of issues and initial installation. Capacity planning and audit of deployed network. Work with third-party engineers on a regular basis. Work with application project management and developers.
Participate in meetings with customers and third-party vendors.
