Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
We're looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer with expertise in:
- Cisco Routing & Switching
- Blue Coat Proxy & McAfee Web Gateway Administration
- Banking/Financial Services experience is a strong plus
- Monitor, support, and maintain Firewalls, Proxies, DNS, and Load Balancer environments.
Administer Check Point, Fortinet, F5 (LTM/GTM), Infoblox, McAfee Web Gateway, and Blue Coat Proxy platforms.
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot multi-vendor firewall and proxy solutions.
Perform OS upgrades, hardware maintenance, patching, and routine health checks.
Design, implement, and support HTTP/HTTPS and SOCKS proxy environments.
Manage DNS/DHCP (Infoblox) and enterprise load balancing solutions.
Configure and optimize F5 LTM/GTM , Check Point Multi-Domain Server, and Fortinet Management tools.
Work closely with Information Security teams to implement and enforce security policies.
Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
Provide L3/L4 support and troubleshoot complex cross-platform network/security issues.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, SSL/VPN, Clustering, Transparent Mode, CLI (Bash, Shell, IOS) .
Experience with HP Network Automation and SolarWinds is a plus.
Excellent communication, documentation, and project coordination skills.
Self-driven team player with experience supporting enterprise production environments.
