Requirements

Must have:

  • We need at least 5 years of network operations experience, ideally including data center or GPU cluster networking.
  • We require strong hands-on knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLAN, ACL, VPN, firewalls, and spine-leaf network design.
  • We expect practical experience with Cisco, Arista, Juniper, or NVIDIA/Mellanox networking equipment.
  • Prior exposure to InfiniBand, RoCE, or RDMA is preferred.
  • We look for a basic understanding of IAM, MFA, SIEM, EDR, and core security compliance practices.
  • We need working knowledge of Linux, shell or Python scripting, or Ansible.
  • English communication skills are required for daily interaction with US datacenter teams and vendors.
  • You must have valid legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Chinese language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:

  • We coordinate on-site operations at US data centers and work closely with colocation facilities, telecom carriers, hardware vendors, and our Shenzhen technical team.
  • We deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot service networks, management networks, and high-speed InfiniBand/RoCE networks.
  • We maintain network device configurations, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, BGP, VLAN, ACL, and related components.
  • We manage access controls, account permissions, MFA, vulnerability remediation, security logs, and basic security incidents.
  • We oversee network topology, configuration backups, asset inventories, change logs, and operations and maintenance SOPs.
  • We monitor network and datacenter SLAs, lead major incident response, conduct RCA reviews, and drive corrective actions.
  • We participate in an on-call rotation for urgent outages and perform on-site troubleshooting in datacenters when needed.

Company:

We offer an in-person role supporting US data center operations, with a salary range of $120,000 to $180,000 per year. This position involves close collaboration with our technical team in Shenzhen and external partners across colocation, telecom, and hardware environments. We are looking for a Chinese-speaking network operations professional who can support critical infrastructure and respond to incidents in a fast-paced datacenter setting.
