Network Security Engineer - HPE Aruba Networking ClearPass (NAC)

Location: Pittsburgh preferred; other available Tech Hub locations include Strongsville, OH; Birmingham, AL; Dallas/Farmers Branch, TX; and Phoenix, AZ. Remote options available based on proximity to an office.

We are seeking a Network Security Engineer to support enterprise-wide network access control and security initiatives. This role will join a team of 5-7 engineers focused on implementation, administration, and ongoing support of network security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation, expansion, and administration of HPE Aruba ClearPass NAC
• Administer network access policies and ensure compliance with security standards
• Support end users with network access and authentication issues
• Monitor NAC platform health, authentication activity, and policy enforcement
• Troubleshoot enterprise network access and connectivity issues

Must-Have Skills

• 3-5 years of network/security experience
• HPE Aruba ClearPass or another enterprise NAC platform
• Enterprise endpoint onboarding and authentication
• Network segmentation and VLAN assignment
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching
• PKI and certificate-based authentication

Nice to Have

• Fortinet/FortiGate security solutions
• SWG, Zero Trust (ZTNA), cloud security, and access control
• ServiceNow incident, request, change, and access management
• CompTIA Security+/Network+, CCNA, Aruba, Fortinet, or CISSP certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
