Network Security Engineer

Interview: We are looking for candidates who can attend onsite interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support secure enterprise networks.
• Work with routing, switching, enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network security monitoring.
• Investigate and respond to network security alerts and analyze logs/network telemetry.
• Perform network security assessments and firewall rule reviews.
• Support on-premise and cloud network security environments.
• Analyze network traffic and identify potential threats.
• Support security controls, compliance, and network enhancement projects.
• Work with technical teams on security best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on network design, implementation, or support experience.
• Strong experience in network security and system administration.
• Secure network design, security architecture, data protection, and access models.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Enterprise Firewalls, IDS/IPS, network auditing, and security monitoring.
• SIEM experience with QRadar or Splunk preferred.
• Vulnerability scanning experience with Nessus, Qualys, or similar tools.
• Cloud security experience with Azure or AWS preferred.
• Ability to work with NIST, FISMA, HIPAA, CMS ARC-AMPE, or similar frameworks preferred.
• Experience supporting state government or health IT preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent experience.
