Experience with FAA and FCC rules and general regulatory procedures. Mapping experience. Knowledge of wireless communications engineering concepts and technologies. High proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite Real estate background in any of the following areas: commercial leasing/acquisition, property management, site acquisition consulting, land use entitlements, legal (affiliated with real estate) experience.JOB DUTIES:Maintaining high level of performance under varying degrees of pressure and uncertainty. This includes supporting the project management and coordination of network projectsCandidate will work on RE related tasks for Transport related easement, Hub related work, Mod projects and New Build projects as requested.Candidate will interact with various teams to complete the tasks as needed and continue to update the trackers appropriately.Candidate will need to manage their progress and periodically update the management on the projects.Balancing competing priorities while maintaining a focus on the time-sensitive and urgency of Real Estate items. Knowledge of Tools and Processes a plus.
