Network Real Estate - Specialist IIThe candidate must have excellent communication skills and diplomatic skills to work in a professional manner with people, both internal and external, across several management levels.Candidates must have sound judgment; be extremely organized with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.The position requires a person who is able to handle several projects in parallel and follow through on expectations with minimal supervision.Candidates should be self-motivated, a fast learner, proactive in anticipating needs and thinking beyond the guidelines provided in the role.Ideal candidate is able to work independently and contribute as an effective team member.Accuracy and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.Job Duties:Work with the Real Estate Specialists, SAR, and law firms, and West Territory to obtain information needed for preparing and routing Deal Memo/Routing Document packages for signatureReceive and upload real estate agreement documents into NetDocs/FUZE (e.g., environmental, Title, Title Report Review, Deal Memo, Attorney Risk Assessments, Environmental Evaluation Summary, etc.)Route real estate related documents (e.g., leases, amendments, Right of Way Permits, etc.) received via mail and e-mail to sub-market management for executionCommunicate modification project status updates to Network Team, Real Estate Manager, Site Acquisition Vendors, and Law FirmsCreate, organize, and maintain real estate filesUpdate site databases (e.g., NetSites, NetDocs, Fuze, FUZEr, etc.) with new site development dates or milestonesRequest location codes, project numbers, and budget strings for new sites and manage budget by way of POsScan or email real estate related documents to the Real Estate Specialist and outside vendors (e.g., legal, site acquisition vendors, etc.)Research, find, and provide documentation needed for projects by either looking in online tools and applications or in files in the Irving, TX office.Providing back up to other team members as needed.Project manage vendors, host vendor calls, attend and report on PM calls, manage the budget, and manage all other aspects of the project to ensure total project successPerform other special projects as assigned;Must Have Skills:Excellent problem solving abilityStrong interpersonal skills and good judgmentProven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlinesSelf-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvementAbility to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environmentAbility to successfully prioritize and provide accurate follow up on all issues and correspondenceAbility to be detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to effectively interact with all Engineering teams and maintain a high level of confidentialityAbility to efficiently use tools and applications such as MS Office and Google SuiteAbility to learn and efficiently use tools and applications such as Sitetraker and FUZE SPMDesired Skills:Administrative assistance experience preferredTelecommunications real estate and/or property management skillsFamiliarity with Purchase Orders/budget and driving financial responsibility preferredProject Management and Vendor Management skillsEducation or Certifications:Bachelors desiredRequired Shift:40 hours per weekHybrid Schedule: Tues/Wed/Thurs in Irving, TX
