Network Real Estate Specialist – Property ManagementContract Position Location: Walnut Creek, CA Work Setup: HybridA leading telecommunications organization is seeking a Network Real Estate Specialist – Property Management to support the reliability of a large-scale wireless network. In this role, you will manage property, lease, and access-related issues to ensure uninterrupted network operations across Northern California and Nevada.ResponsibilitiesProactively manage and prioritize assigned tasks related to an existing wireless network portfolioResolve payment inquiries, including rent and utility issues, to maintain positive landlord relationshipsPerform lease due diligence and manage lease renewals to protect contractual rightsRepresent the company in communications with landlords and their agents, clearly interpreting and explaining policies and proceduresIdentify, analyze, and resolve real estate and lease-related issues impacting network operationsClear access blocks and escalate network-critical or site-critical issues to leadership with actionable recommendationsCollaborate cross-functionally with Network Assurance, Construction, Legal, and Headquarters teams to ensure smooth network operationsQualifications (Required)Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years of relevant work experienceFour or more years of experience in property management, telecommunications, real estate, or a related fieldStrong understanding of telecommunications environments and network-related real estate challengesAbility to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approachQualifications (Preferred / Nice to Have)Experience using Fuze HQRE and Engie systemsKnowledge of legal and financial terms with the ability to read and interpret contracts and leasesBackground in legal, contract management, project management, or construction disciplinesExperience reviewing construction drawings and lease documentationStrong negotiation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated initiative and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
