Leading network performance initiatives, the full-time National Network Performance Director will provide subject matter expertise in developing scalable cost of care strategies while working remotely from within the United States. Key responsibilities Generate and prioritize ideas for cost and network improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory constraints Lead discovery efforts through data analysis and stakeholder input to develop business cases and actionable strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert approved initiatives into standardized playbooks for local market execution Required qualifications At least 7 years of experience in a Managed Care environment or equivalent education and experience Experience in provider network contracting and management Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into actionable roadmaps Excellent communication skills across all leadership levels
