Network Outreach Specialist

To ensure the accuracy of provider network data, the full-time Network Outreach Specialist will make outbound validation calls, contact members regarding preventive health activities, and handle provider inquiries while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Conduct outbound validation calls to providers to confirm demographic details for practice locations Engage with members about preventive health activities and respond to provider inquiries in a timely manner Assist provider offices with credentialing issues and maintain accurate call documentation in databases Required qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or telephone sales, preferably in a Managed Care environment Experience with provider practices or healthcare settings is preferred Knowledge of the health insurance industry is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and basic computer applications is necessary
