Scope of Work:
- Activation of new devices:
o 2-3 Cisco C9200 switches
o 1 Fortinet FG 120 firewall
o 1 UPS
o 6 Ruckus APs
- Firm start time: 9:00 AM
- Cable management, possible cable tracing and certification
- Second technician activity: 12:00 PM arrival
Support Type: Smart Hands – technicians will coordinate with the NOC and follow remote instructions for the installation and cabling work.
Technician Requirements:
- Network installation experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience with similar network equipment installations is preferred
- Ability to coordinate with the NOC and follow detailed instructions
