Position Intel: The Manager of Network Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations, performance, and delivery of enterprise network services across a distributed environment, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, firewalls, network access control, and voice technologies. This role will focus heavily on managing managed service providers (MSPs), overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The manager will partner closely with internal IT, infrastructure, architecture, and security teams to support network design, implementation, troubleshooting, and technology upgrades. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise network operations, vendor management, and network infrastructure, preferably with experience in Aruba routing and switching technologies. The role reports directly to the Director of IT Operations and requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic oversight, and strong stakeholder management skills.
