Our client is looking for a Network Operations Engineer to own and improve the network that keeps their multi-site firm running. You’ll have real influence here. You’ll handle the day-to-day health of the network, and you’ll also help shape where it goes next as we move from a mostly Cisco environment toward a more hybrid, multi-vendor architecture.

- Partner with team leads across IT to simplify and streamline how we support and provision network services.
- Work side by side with InfoSec to design and deliver network-based security initiatives.
- Build and maintain clear documentation for new and existing systems and help create a culture of knowledge sharing and cross-training across the IT group.

- Curiosity about multi-vendor and emerging network technologies, and an interest in helping us evolve beyond a single-vendor environment.
- Sharp troubleshooting skills and the confidence to solve problems on your own when needed.
- Clear written and verbal communication, especially the ability to document systems and procedures so others can use them.
- A collaborative, generous working style. You enjoy building relationships with teammates and end users, and you share what you know.
