AVP, Network ManagerInformation Services Employment Status: Full Time - Exempt - BenefitedLocation: Lodi (1) Supervises Others: YesWork Schedule: M – F (Regular business hours. Ongoing on-call production support role - Must be able to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays when needed)Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 - Commensurate with experience and qualificationsF&M Bank's Network Manager is a key leader for the Bank. The Manager is responsible for the direction of all Network Operations Center (NOC) and IT Help Desk (HD) personnel and ensures team members provide timely, high quality, accurate, and efficient service to F&M Bank branches, departments, and customers.

Primary duties:Provide supervision and coaching to NOC and HD staff and help ensure the ongoing delivery of excellent service to all business areas within the BankArchitect, configure, and oversee the daily performance and availability of the Bank's network and workstation infrastructure. Provide analysis and appropriate recommendations to meet future needs.Recommend, coordinate implementation of, and ensure the daily management and monitoring of security systems including: firewalls, access controls lists, systems permissions, Domain security policies, endpoint protection, security information event management systems, and secure communication channelsEnsure availability and performance of the Bank's VoIP system including: call center software, conferencing software, voicemail, and call management systemsManage the vendor(s) that provide the Bank's data/communication lines and act as the primary point of contact for network and workstation infrastructure-related vendors and service providersCoordinate with the CIO during vendor contract negotiations, prepare equipment and services purchase requests, and provide ongoing monitoring to ensure vendor service levels are metLead the delivery of network and workstation-related initiatives and projects by coordinating resources, reviewing objectives and priorities, and ensuring formal project management methods are employedAssist the CIO with audits, regulatory exams, annual budgets, and capital expendituresOversee the development and maintenance of all NOC and HD documentationEnsure ongoing compliance of team members to Bank policies and controls including SOX and GLBAKeep current on industry and technology related advancements and/or threats relevant to the BankWork closely with the Bank's Information Security Officer on Information Services security related itemsCreate/obtain, review, and approve periodic reports relating to systems access, vulnerability management, systems availability, performance monitoring, network traffic use and utilization, and other key areasWho are we looking for?Enthusiastic self-starter who effectively works under pressure and with minimal supervisionResults-oriented, structured professional who sets and achieves goals and objectives within deadlinesStrong team player who enjoys managing and helping other team membersEffective problem-solver who carefully analyzes issues, determines root causes, and implements solutionsProcess-oriented leader with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellenceKey contributor with meticulous attention to detail along with the ability to understand the big pictureSkills and experience:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Security or a related field from an accredited university preferredStrong knowledge and fundamentals of Windows Servers. Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Cloud Platform and Infrastructure preferredSound understanding of networking fundamentals including Cisco technologies and networking systems.

Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) preferredGood understanding of IT Service Management framework and principles.
