Network Manager

Work Arrangement: Onsite for the first 2 months, then hybrid with 3 days onsite per week.

We are seeking an experienced Network Manager to provide technical leadership and oversee a complex enterprise network environment within a healthcare organization.

The successful candidate will combine strong network engineering expertise with proven experience managing technical teams and supporting large-scale network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide technical guidance to the Network Engineering team.
• Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage network services including LAN, WAN, wireless, VoIP, VPN, and Internet/Intranet environments.
• Ensure network availability, performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Oversee network monitoring and operational support functions.
• Partner with IT and security stakeholders on network architecture, upgrades, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technical staff.
• Maintain network standards, documentation, and infrastructure diagrams.
• Support technology projects, infrastructure upgrades, and budget planning.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering, including LAN, WAN, and VoIP.
• 5+ years of IT management experience within a healthcare or hospital environment .
• Experience managing technical teams and Network Operations functions.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, security, monitoring, and performance management.
• Experience with VoIP and Unified Communications.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Healthcare or hospital IT experience is essential for this role.
