Seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support technology installations and troubleshooting at construction job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up desktops, laptops, printers, phones, cameras, and networking equipment
- Configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and internet connectivity
- Install cellular/satellite solutions, hotspots, modems, and antennas
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues onsite and remotely
- Maintain documentation and coordinate with vendors
Requirements:
- 3+ years of IT, Help Desk, Technical Support, or Field Service experience
- Hands-on network and workstation setup experience
- Cellular/satellite/internet setup xhqgsiq experience
- Willingness to travel nationally, including overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean 5-year driving record
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work in construction-site environments
