Managing collaborative innovation processes, the full-time salaried Network Facilitation Manager will support community-based services across the national YMCA network by facilitating partnerships, implementing organizational priorities, and enhancing the capacity of local Ys remotely. Key responsibilities Manages execution of projects to implement organizational priorities and strengthen community-based services Oversees YMCA network facilitation processes to increase adoption of Y-USA products and provide programmatic support Develops tools and processes to capture learnings and promote continuous improvement across the YMCA Movement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business or related disciplines 4-8 years of relevant experience Advanced functional skills and intermediate industry knowledge Entry to intermediate managerial skills Experience managing complex functional and operations tasks
