Role Description: Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance. Contribute to network optimization and support Manufacturing expansion initiatives. Design, implement, and maintain WAN, LAN, WLAN, and cloud network solutions Lead troubleshooting of complex network issues and outages Monitor and optimize network performance, capacity, and availability Support expansion projects: Assist in network design for new sites and upgrades Execute deployment, configuration, and testing activities Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors Conduct network audits, failover testing, and disaster recovery exercises Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standards Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams Mentor Network Engineer I team members Support vendor selection, evaluation, and implementation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
3-5 years of network engineering experience
Strong experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless technologies
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to participate in on-call rotation
Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications CCNA or CCNP certification Experience with: SD-WAN / SD-LAN technologies Cloud networking (Azure, AWS) Load balancing (F5) WAN optimization (Riverbed) Experience in multi-site or manufacturing environments
