Title: Network Engineer with CCIP or CCIE
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: Until September 30, 2016
Interview Mode: 7 AM to 12 PM EST via Phone & Skype
Start Date: First week of December 2014
Responsibilities:
- Network Performance Analysis and Tuning
- Designing and configuring network devices
- Resolving on-call issues
- Managing cross-stream technical dependencies
- Suggesting improvements for performance monitoring
- Handling change management processes
- Working with third-party vendors for product or link issues
- Remote installation and configuration of network devices
- Managing clustered and load-balanced environments
- Working with various network products from different vendors
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Network Administration
- Technical Certifications: CCNP, CCIP, CCIE or equivalent
- Experience with WAN Optimization devices (Riverbed)
- Hands-on experience with switches, routers, WAN optimizers, wireless LAN
- Strong networking experience with enterprise MPLS
- Knowledge of service provider networks, VPN, and MPLS VPN
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Knowledge of ITIL framework, DNS, firewalls, proxy load balancing, IDS/IPS
- Willing to work US business hours and provide on-call support
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Proficient in planning and designing network environments
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Professional, flexible, and organized with good interpersonal skills
